MoDac Flash Mob 2013 @Asia Society

W asked if I could arrange a Flash Mob at her company event one day and I said YES without a second of hesitation. Everyone in MoDac was just excited as I was if not more! The original plan was a mob size of 30, ended up with over 100 overwhelming mobbers sign-up! Two months of preparation, four workshops, and two rehearsals and we nailed it! The guests were surprised and everyone had an awesome time! Super thankful to have Diane & Samantha to organize this event with me. Someday, I could tell my grandchildren that grannie once organized an amazing flash mob back in the early 22nd Century :)

Love the way it hurts

In love with Thai boxing to a point that I went Thai boxing while I was in Shanghai! Of course my best boxing partner @doublechin was there too, no reason why I shouldn't go. Love the intensity of this sport, love the unbelievable among of sweat it generates, love the way it hurts! Muscle pain means how good of a workout I had.

我自由了

失業兩個月，每日都過得很好。瞓到自然醒，但間房太光通常十點左右就會醒。再同Mallow懶床至少一小時。check吓Facebook twitter。然後到咗每日最大嘅難題：一條友lunch食乜好？這兩個月以來習慣了一個人進餐，而且都好enjoy一條友覓食嘅過程。唔洗睇錶，唔洗同人迫，想去邊就去邊。食完lunch就去打拳。迷上了泰拳因為喜歡每日爆汗消耗體力的感覺。夜晚打dodgeball，無波打就跳舞或掟鏢。兩個月以來從未覺悶。他日搵到工，我將會好懷念今日無憂的生活！

LASIK高清眼

打從十幾年前老竇同姑姐喺養和做咗LASIK之後，佢哋話好似重生咁。自此後我一直知道有一日我都會做矯視手術，但係拖咗好多年, 今年二月我終於做咗LASIK！決定做手術嘅原因係：timing啱。適逢dodgeball season完咗，到二月尾先開始。有足夠時間休養而唔影響我打波嘅schedule，所以我同Junk Shot captain相約做咗去！

而家喺香港做LASIK實在好普遍。選擇好多。我求其問吓都有好幾個friend做過，仲比埋資料我添。基本上有三個選擇：1醫院package。養和最好口碑，亦都最貴。2矯視中心。全港好多間，好多都做到好似睇街症咁，非常普通。亦因為普及化，啲technicians日日做，手勢純熟，出錯機會亦相對少。3 specialist：專科醫生幫你做。通常都係人哋介紹，亦等於喺醫院揀指定醫生。有啲醫生喺指定醫院做，有啲喺眼科中心做。我聽埋seminar之後決定喺香港激光矯視中心度做。有幾個朋友都喺哩度做過，效果都滿意，而且ok平！

手術前要先檢查眼睛。睇吓適唔適合做手術。驗眼同手術前一星期都唔可以帶軟con，硬con則需要停帶三星期。為方便，我schedule咗手術為驗眼之後一日，所以只需要停帶con一星期。如果驗眼後一切正常，第日就可以即做手術喇。

二月一號驗眼，二號做手術。本來唔驚，去到手術室就開始緊張。過程唔耐，麻醉咗其實一啲都唔痛。結果一切順利。我想講嘅其實唔係個手術，而係手術後嘅護理。兩星期內瞓覺時都要黐住兩塊護眼罩，一個月唔好游水，唔好局sauna，唔好做球類運動... 哩啲都無問題。最大鑊係：唔。可。以。化。眼。妝。我真係唔記得我幾時開始劃眼線搽mascara！我天生細眼，唔化眼妝真係有人話我似林憶蓮架！一星期後復診時再問醫生我幾時化得妝，佢嘅答案令我好失望。結果，我真係一個月無化妝。閉關一個月，無去蒲。江湖盛傳巴黎珍收咗皮，我可以話你聽哩單嘢喺真嘅。

言歸正傳，手術後都有兩個幾月喇！好享受一瞓醒就見到嘢，沖涼時唔會用錯護髮素當洗髮水，夜晚唔使除con瞓！早就應該做啦！！！亦都好好彩，我並無眼乾。可能我一直乾慣啦，而家同之前無乜分別。奉勸各位在老花未出現前好快啲做咗去啦！早做早享受呀～
