二十年了

二十年前的今天,老師在早會上帶領全校同學默哀三分鐘。對一個小一學生以言,根本不明白默哀的意義,當時還在偷看其他人。那時候只知道有很多哥哥姐姐在天安門犧牲了。為的是民主。老師說明天全校學生都可以穿白色衣服,要為死難者致哀。那天早上,我也乖乖地自己選了一套白色衫穿着上學。放學後跟父母逛超市,近門口的報章雜誌架上都放着六四事件的報導。我跟着爸媽一一細看頭版照片,很記得一幅有坦克車的照片。但並沒有太大感受。記得的只有一這一點點。



二十年後,身邊的朋友都在提及六四。記憶太淺,我趕忘到YouTube惡補知識。找到一段又一段的紀錄片。看了之後很震撼!怎麼對這件從少便聽到又知道的事,到今天才有這樣強烈的感覺?!震撼力將印像模糊的回憶變成有意義的畫面。很興幸當年跟全校的師生默哀,令今天的我明白對死難者應有的尊重。也興幸當年有穿白衣上學,參加了當天在學校舉行的掉念會。今天看到的短片給那張頭版照的回憶添上了意義。很高興昨晚有十五萬人自發地到維園參加燭光晚會!願我們永遠無忘六四,我信會有平反的一天!

Even after 20 years I still can't hold my tears as I watched the news showing the dedicated crowd at the candlelight vigil.
Thinking about those parents who lost their kids......
Once in a while I talked to those FOB from China and their b.s. about June 4th made me think that 平反 means eternity. Basically that day is May 35th for them.

Oh, hopefully you are doing fine. Things are getting better in the states. (at least not getting worse) Looks like there's won't be 2nd wave of ....

yes... so much about May 35th. This is sad. Bury of the truth for 20 years.

I'm doing just fine. Hope everything's well with you in the States. Let's not worry about tomorrow as long as we enjoy today! =)

I remember we had a moment of silent when I was in 6th grade. The man in front of the tanks have some balls!
