從前有一位舞蹈老師，年輕，有夢想，活力，重點係好靚仔！曾經迷上他，很崇拜。之後知道他開設自己的舞蹈學校，成為名人的排舞師。到近來紅爆的＜狂舞派＞，知道他成功了，但感覺不大。今天友人send了他參加＜中國好舞蹈＞的clip給我看。OMG!!差點忘了當年為什麼那樣迷！除了感動和驕傲，再沒其他了。

He reminded me once again how he melted my heart every time I watched him dance in his classes. Very proud of you Shing!

MoDac Flash Mob 2013 @Asia Society

W asked if I could arrange a Flash Mob at her company event one day and I said YES without a second of hesitation. Everyone in MoDac was just excited as I was if not more! The original plan was a mob size of 30, ended up with over 100 overwhelming mobbers sign-up! Two months of preparation, four workshops, and two rehearsals and we nailed it! The guests were surprised and everyone had an awesome time! Super thankful to have Diane & Samantha to organize this event with me. Someday, I could tell my grandchildren that grannie once organized an amazing flash mob back in the early 22nd Century :)

The Monday MTV Dance Club redefines Mondays in Hong Kong!!! Started in 2010, the club organizes hip hop dance classes every week for good looking people who love music, are up for a good time and an insanely intense workout after work. We focus on the latest MTV hits by top pop artists including Far East Movement, Usher, LMFAO, Britney, Rihanna etc. Dance like it hurts! Love like I need the money! Work when people are watching! How does it work? Each song will be taught in modules of 4 classes - 2hr each every Monday evening in Central

My Hidden NY Resolution

Okay... I do secretly have another New Year resolution... it's to exercise more. I'm not making it an official one 'coz i know it won't last long. LOL! I will get back in the court once the dodgeball season starts in Feb. Meanwhile, I can dance it off! Haven't been to a dance class for a long time... and the video shows it too.... -_-!

Why do I always miss the last 8 beats? I know I look stupid in this video but it's a good reminder for myself to get better! Thus, I'm posting it here as a reminder for myself and for your good laughs. Cheers!

Welcome 2010!

Spent the last day of 2009 dancing with my fellow Crewplayers' Players at World Trade Center. We spent over a month to rehearse for this count down show and I was loving every moment of it! At first, I was super worried that I couldn't keep up with everyone, couldn't remember the steps when the music plays. I had to book a studio to practice with my spare time to make sure that I won't bring the team down. I have gained so much from this experience. Thank you DY for signing me up!

Looking back at my 2009 resolution, I think I have achieved most of them:
- learn thai boxing (checked! well, kinda... i took a couple lessons & couldn't fit into my busy schedule ;P)
- Have fun with my dodgeball team DLS! (CHECKED!)
- Cello exam in Apr/May (Checked!)
- Dance more (Checked!)
- Eat healthy (Checked with occational MackaDs & KFC... oops!)
- Spend more time with family & friends (not so much with family but with friends... )


For 2010, my resolution is... hum... I'm actually feeling quite content at the moment. Every single 2009 resolution is still on the list: dance, dodgeball, cello... yet I'm not brave enough to say I should drink less :p There's a goal though,

I want to move out!

Not sure if it's possible. Moving out is not that simple for me. Wish me luck!

去左十次旅行
3轉上海, 北京+北海道 各2次, 台灣, 曼谷, 沙巴... 原來無離開過亞太區. 最好玩係夏天ge北海道. 最激係喺沙巴踩海膽. 最離譜係喺上海工幹但係玩到成個袋唔見左! 最有教育意義係北京文化自由行. 無論工幹好, 自己去玩又好, 2009 都玩得好開心.

無distinction, 考到個merit都好滿足! 其實可以再好d, 2010繼續努力呀!

打左兩季dodgeball
雖然個人仲係打得好差, 但係recruit左幾個勁人入DLS! team spirit好! 好enjoy打team sport, 唔講唔覺今次係我人生第一次玩team sport呀! 希望長打長有, 我地下季想囉牌!

Dance Dance Dance
認真地需要進修舞技, 唔可以再hea跳. 上左CP Junior Training之後更加覺得自己需要多d時間苦練下... 年尾個count down show會係我一大挑戰. 同其他同學仔練舞先發覺自己跳得有幾差. 雖然只得分令鐘, 但係我希望唔好甩, 將獅子座ge表現慾盡情發揮!

Us 5: 鍾愛Pina Colada 的姐妹團!

The last time all 5 of us were together... that's the day that I ran into Mavis on the busiest cross walk in MK, when we screamed from top of our lungs and hugged each other, then got honked at from standing in the middle of the road... That was 12 years ago. All of us came back to HK for the summer from around the world. Fate bought us back to Eliza's grandpa's good old appartment that day. Then we talked and laughed, just like the old times...



We performed on every Mid-Autumn Festival at the Club when we were little, with bright blue eye shawdows and suicidal red blush on our cheeks. Why oh why did they put heavy makeup on us on every Mid-Autumn Festival Performance? Year after year, we spilled hot wax on the soccer field. Now they tell me wax burning is illegal? Since when did we stopped hanging out at the playroom and moved our base to the bowling alleys? Why did we always sneak out to buy fries during the middle of class? Was it Mavis or Eliza who always set the clock 10-15 minutes early so Mrs Kam would end the class early? How did you meet that boy from the ice rink and started dating? Were you two even dated or was that just pure stalking? How did Eliza became friends with my ex-classmate? Why did I cried out of control when you guys sent me off to the airport? How we witnessed one of us almost left us for good 'coz of sickness?




Here we are today for a special reason-- not only we wanna travel with each other and have a fantastic trip, not only because we love water sports and seafood... it's because Vicky is getting married in Kota Kinlabalu in 8 days!!!! We will be the loudest bridesmaids ever! We will be there to see her walk down the aisle and live happily ever after! In sickness and in health =)

March 17th, 2007- The nite that the magic begun!That's the night that I met you all from Ben Ben's birthday party. Amie, Diane, Kel Kel, Janice, Connie, James, Kevin, Lou, Angel, Danny... (and the list goes on!)

Started my social life in SF after I moved back to HK! Been back to the US 4 times in the year of 2007. I see Ah Tung more in 2007 than when we worked on the same street in 2005 lor. Met Bay Arean: Katie, Van, Doris, Ken, Erin... I met more Bay Area friends in this year than the total number of friends I met within the 5yrs I lived in SJ. While it's always wonderful to hangout with my JuJu~ Good old Echo in March =)

Pictionary Madness- It all began in Diane's birthday party. Where I met 2 more very important persons of 2007: Lesley & Marina~ A picture wtih my pictionary teammates & a picture of my first impression of Marina =D

Levi's Copper Jeans Launch Party!!!!! Was I dreaming? Please don't wake me up if it was a dream! Meeting Unkle Beach for real?? Partying with Edison Chan??? Singing along with FAMA????? OMG!! That has got to be a dream!!!! In fact, it's a dream come true!!

Backstage! My true calling- I belong to MUSIC! wakakakkaaa... Dream on! Apart from my true calling, Backstage is an awesome place for live music from local pop music musicans.
